Hemuppgiften facilitates your own practice and rehearsal while in contact with a practitioner at a Child and Adolescence Psychiatry (CAP) clinic.

Using the the application you can:
- Practice new behavior.
- Rehearse a certain content or exercises that you have prepared together with your practitioner.
- Be reminded of when you should practice or go through assignments.

To be able to use this tool, you need a username and a password that you receive from your practitioner.
